CA Ramesh Pandey qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 1998 and has professional experience of more than 25 years. He is the founder of the firm and oversees the entire operation. His area of expertise includes Audits, Taxation, Finance and Arbitration.

His advice on Corporate Finance, Finance Syndication, Structuring and Re-Structuring of financial resources has helped clients reduce their financial costs. His systematic and logical approach to Management and Operational Audits has streamlined the operational process and resulted in significant cost reduction and cost control for clients and accelerated their growth. He has represented his clients in various arbitration proceedings.

His special areas of interest are advisory, planning, compliance and litigation services on Direct and Indirect Tax matters. He has vast experience in representing cases before various authorities including Appellate authorities. He provides pragmatic solutions to his clientele based on in-depth knowledge, extensive research coupled with experience in the Taxation field.

CA Aman Pandey, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2021, however has been associated with the Firm for the last 4 years. He has an excellent academic record in his Graduation and CA exams. He has gained experience working with Big CA firms and has expertise and acquired proficiency in the field of Assurances and Taxation. He has experience in assurance services to organizations involved in sports, education, garments, insurance, food and beverages and banking industry etc. He has also handled various Audit and Tax assignments of Government Authorities, PSUs etc.

He is an eager, self-motivated person, always willing to learn new things, accept new challenges and broaden his prospects. To sharpen and enhance his area of knowledge and expertise he is pursuing an LLB and Company Secretary.
